At BCT Aviation Maintenance Limited, we’re looking for skilled and motivated Aircraft Mechanics to join our team ready for the Winter 2026 season and beyond.
We have both permanent and contractor (winter season) positions available, offering an exciting opportunity to join a professional aviation maintenance environment and play an important role in maintaining, repairing and modifying aircraft to the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.

About the Role
As an experienced Aircraft Mechanic, you will carry out scheduled and assigned maintenance, repairs and modifications in accordance with approved maintenance documentation and applicable regulations.
You’ll use your technical knowledge and practical skills to ensure aircraft are maintained safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out aircraft maintenance, repairs and modifications as required.
Accurately interpret and follow approved aircraft maintenance documentation.
Complete aircraft modifications in accordance with approved procedures and documentation.
Identify, report and rectify existing or potential unsafe conditions.
Ensure all engineering computer system requirements are accurately completed and maintained.
Complete all maintenance records and associated paperwork accurately and within required timescales.
Maintain a detailed and up-to-date shift diary.
Keep up to date with relevant aviation legislation, regulations and technical requirements.
Communicate any issues, concerns or technical matters promptly to management.
Build positive working relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders across the business.
Maintain a professional approach at all times and act as a positive ambassador for BCT Aviation Maintenance Limited.
Support additional duties and tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with a professional attitude and a genuine commitment to aviation safety.
Essential skills and experience:
Relevant aircraft maintenance qualification or recognised aircraft standards qualification.
Sound knowledge of applicable aeronautical regulations and legislation.
Current Human Factors training/knowledge.
Demonstrable technical knowledge and practical aircraft maintenance skills.
Ability to accurately interpret technical and maintenance documentation.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to raise issues when required.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also working independently.
Flexible approach with a willingness to support the wider team when required.
