The company employs over 120 highly experienced and dedicated engineers spread across more than 15 locations worldwide, giving it the ability to draw upon generations of knowledge from each layer of our industry.

BCT Aviation Maintenance are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant with excellent command of the English language to carry out the following duties:

  • Provide support to Sales Team and Directors
  • Implement new ideas to marketing strategy via mailshots, website and branding etc.
  • Competent with Social Media to promote the company and grow the brand.
  • Producing and distributing email newsletters
  • Excellent administration and communication skills.
  • Managing our company website (wordpress experience preferred but not essential)
  • Manage and attend trade shows/conferences and all social media around it
  • Contact new and existing clients to promote services

Previous Experience

  • Sales History in Aviation
  • Passionate about marketing ideas
  • Creative to come up with new ideas to drive company forward
  • Very competent using a computer including the use of MS Office, advantage for anyone familiar with Mailshot programmes, social media and wordpress.
  • Some experience writing email campaigns advantageous.
  • Demonstrate ability to use marketing tools such as social media platforms
  • Organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Flexible approach in undertaking a variety of responsibilities


£18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience
